advice needed on PERM Pre approved EB2

Hello guys,

Seeing the current retrogession I'm taking pre-appoved EB2 labour from a company and planning to file concurrent I-140/485 by Sep 30.
My marriage is in November and I'll get my wife here on H4 in December.

1) Can I apply for her I-485 in December once she comes here?

2) I'm planning to go to India for 2 months Oct and Nov after applying I-485. Will it be any problem( I have valid H1 stamping).

3) What are the chances of I-485 approval in comming 2 months? I'll will be applying from California. When I can get the call for finger printing? Can I postpone my finger printing till December until I come back to US, as I want to postpone my approval till we both come back to US? Some of my friend suggested me to postpone my finger printing to avoid I-485 approval. Can we do this?

Any help on the above issues is higly appreciated.

NO unless you are not from India or China or your PD of the EB2 before 1999.

None. It seems you are from India. By next month your I485 will be put into the storage and wait for the PD become current (which is 1999 now)
