I have an EAD (I-140 pending) currently and working with company A on salaried basis.
I have been subcontracted by company B to wrk for their client ?
Can the company B issue me an expense benefit based on expense report or a perdiem for the number of hrs billed ?
Which form of payment is authorized by the legal as well as IRS ?
Pls advise urgently.
