Guys,
I got my first FP notice from TSC yesterday with the scheduled date of Feb 15th 05. RD on my concurrent 140/485 is 03/25/04 and PD of my case is August 2001. The issue is that my case was transferred to Miami in July 04. This seems to have been a mistake because I am from Atlanta and my case is straightforward. After several AILA inquiries my case seems to have been returned to TSC. The online status for the 140 and 485 still say that the case has been transferred to Miami. Getting FP notices from TSC makes me and my lawyers believe that the case is back in TSC and they are working on it.
Under these circumstances do you guys think I should go in for an early FP. My lawyers paralegal seems to think that this may add more confusion to the case and that I should stick with the scheduled date. My concern is that another month is being added to my case. A co-worker with the exact same RD and PD as me just got his approval yesterday.
Any input and advice will be greatly appreciated. I am especially looking for advice from people who did early FP from the Atlanta office.
regards,
saras
