Advice needed on DS 230 Part 1

Hi:

While sending the packet 3 documents to ST Louis, do I also have to fill & send separate DS 230 Part 1 forms for my wife & son or I have to submit the forms for them only at the time of interview?

Also, am I expected to again take the completed DS 230 Part 1 forms to the consulate for myself and/or my family during interview too, even if I have submitted them at St Louis?

Appreciate all the help & advice.

You need to submit to NVC DS-230 part -1 for your wife and son.
Keep copies of DS-230 part 1 and submit them if asked at consulate interview.
 
The packet 3 goes to Portsmouth, NH office of National Visa
Center, and not to St.Louis office. Check the address on the
bar code sheet that would have come from NVC. The bar coded
sheet should be placed at the top of your document set.

Follow the instructions in the packet to the letter.

a) Yes ! You need to fill and send one 230 Part I for EACH one of
your dependents, including children ( Only if they are filing with
you now).

b) Write your case number in bold letters at the top of each
paper that goes into packet 3.

c) Keep copies of DS 230 Part I , as you need to submit them
again at the Consulate.
