I talked to IIO last week and found out my name was incorrect in their system. Talked to our HR and they looked up the filing and found that the name was incorrect (first and middle name were swapped).
IIO told me my attorney should send a letter to INS. Attorney said nothing they can do in this case.
I believe this is the reason why I haven't seen anything moving on my case (RD -July 01).
Do any of you know what I should do to correct the problem?
