Hello guys
I need some input from you guys.
I have my EB1-OSR-PP at TSC, ND=10/5/06, I140 AD=10/7/06, FP,EAD,and AP done.
I am seeing cases from this time point being processed, it might be true that TSC might not have completed all the applications from this time point.
Even in other forums I am seeing application being processed around and beyond this time point. I called up USCIS -TSC, they said my application is pending for background check, So my question is, is it the right time to start a) infopass
b) congressman inquiry? or should i wait for some more time.
It would be a stressful situation, I guess my question is should I start the stress part of the application process now or wait a bit longer?
