am a 2009 dv winner with c/n396#### and my NL has posted and intervew date is july 20th.
1. pls my problem is that de name i used to fill de online forms is defferent from de one on my documents like certeficates,birth certe ect.
example:names on dv lottery is KOFI YAW, but names on certe. is KOFI YAW ONIPUO.

2.So with dis what should i do?

3.am electrical student with these certeficates N.V.T.I and city & guilds.
i don't have sss certeficates with 5 passess.

4.So my profesion is Electrician not a Student, so do i need a Bank Statement?

5.What do i need to attach with my birth certe and my certificate to de emberssy?

The answers for your questions are as follow !

1. You will be in a big problem because your name in the DV lottery form is not as same as your name in the documents like birth certificate.

2. You should ask KCC or US embassy ! I don't think that there is a solution !

3. I don't know !

4. All of the DV lottery winner should show the bank statement.If you have sponsor or job offer,it's very good for you !

5. You need to attach the english translation if your original documents are not in english !

Oh !!! This is just my opinions !
