Hi all,
I am on OPT (student visa) currently and would like to bring my wife to USA on dependent visa (F2). I am wondering if there are high chances of refusal for Dependent visas.
I am especially concerned because I do not have a job yet. How do you ensure that the dependent visa application is not denied. I hear that you have to convince the embassy officials that you do not want to immigrate to USA. Is showing adequate funds an important issue or are there other things to consider. I would not have worried so much if I had a job. Please make suggestions.
