Advice: CP + MEDICAL TEST + Wife pregnent

Can someone please shed some light on RULES for CP for a pregnent wife.
I read some past discussion but nothing is clear.
1) Can sife still take the interview ?
2) I learnt that she cannot possible take vaccinations and TB test? What does consulate do with that case. Is her case pending till she deliver and be able to get the vaccination and TB test.
3) Any other thing that I might have missed asking.

Special cases

Handled differently. She probably will have to take TB test at a later point, but her pregnancy will not stop you all from getting GC

Make sure doctor knows she is pregnant and DO NOT TAKE X-Ray and MMR Vaccinations.

   ==> We did our medical exams in Mumbai (Hinduja hospital). They did not do a TB test.

3) Any other thing that I might have missed asking.
   ==> Your wife will not be given the MMR vaccine nor will she have to get the X-ray done.
