My wife\'s I-485 was cancelled as we were going through a divorce. She was on H4 at that time. I have since obtained my GC through my employer. So technically it would seem she is out of status since I am not on my old H1 anymore (to which her H4 was linked). Is there any way she can adjust her status other than get an H1 or go to a student (F1) visa? Can she apply for an H4 again? Or can she apply for a GC adjustment of status based on the fact that I got my GC? Does the fact whether I have or do not have my GC yet materially impact what her options are?
