I am planning to switch to a new employer in the middle of my I485 process (I-485 is going to be filed in a few days. I already have a approved I-140). I am weighing the pros and cons of joining a new employer (and thus starting the green card process afresh), and was wondering how much time will it take for the LC to get approved at the new employer. how much time for advertisement? I already have approved I-140 with current PD that can be ported to new employer.
