Advancement of PD -- Impact on 485 processing.

Hi all,

Since the DOS has advanced the EB3 PD by 4 months, would all the
service centers reset their processing dates to August, 1999 (so
that they can process those EB3 applications, which became current
now)...or would they do that in parallel with whatever they are
doing now?

Any thoughts on this?

My PD became current on 1st Feb. (PD 4/1/97 EB3 India). My ND is 8/27/99. RFE replied on 11/14/2000. I can\'t understand what procedure INS follows for adjucation. Still my case is pending even though I have ND of Aug\'99 and PD current.... frustation continues ....
