Guys, I just checked this morning and found out that my Advanced Parole that has been pending since March 2002 and now they are requesting more evidence or RFE. Do anyone out there knows what this RFE would be? Or why are they requesting more evidence at this time. I had to get the help of my Senator here in NC to contact INS because my case was past due for almost three months.
 
probably photos???? or employment letter to check whether you still working for the same company or not?
 
I got the RFE letter yesterday from INS and they are asking me to submit two passport photograph for my Advance Parole. I already did today.
