Advanced Parole

I've just got my advanced parole authorization, but I'm confused

if I can return without any troubles. I entered USA with F-1 visa 6

years ago, and now I've got married with US citizen. So I've

appied for Green Card. But my F-1 visa has been expired a long

time ago, and I've just maintained my I-20 forms until now.

Basically, I've never been in an illegal status in this country for

last 6 years.

But I'm somewhat concerned about taveling out of US just with

Advance Parole because every person has a differnt opinion about

it. So, If anybody has the same experience or a similar one,

please give me some advice....

As long as your passport is vaild, there's no problem. Bring the AP w/ you. When you applied your GC, your status change to AOS pending, doesn't really matter what visa you where on in the past.
