Advanced Parole questions

Hi,

If I use Advanced Parole to go back to China, how long can I stay in China? I'm planning to stay in China for 3 months. Do you guys think it is ok? Thank you for your help.

You do not need advance parole to go back to china. You need AP to come back to USA. See the expiry date on the AP and return before it expires.

I don't think You should have a problem for staying out of the US for 3 months.
