Does anyone know what can be done if the AP (I-131) is not received within 90 days? What options do I have if i want to travel sometime soon? Can I get an emergency AP? How do I get it?
The best bet would be to go to your local DO and explain your situation about receivig an emergency AP. Take your receipts and hopefully they might be able to help you.
