Advanced Parole Documents

Can anyone, with exprience of submitting their Advanced Parole application and getting approved, share their expriences ?

Specifically, I'm looking for

1)Which documents do I need to send (I-131, Biographic Information G-325,G-325A,G-325B,G-325C )
2)Should I send it to NSC or local service center ?
3)Any additional documentation (previous AP docs, I-485 reciepts etc)

Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated!!

You can download the I-131 from the web site at http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-131.pdf
They will tell you everything in the forum. I believe that you have to submit it to the district or local office
