Advanced Parole and Expired I-94

Guys, My Advanced Parole has just been approved, but I-94 expired two years ago. Can I travel out and come back without any problem? I filed my I-485 using the (245i) in March of 2002. Please anyone with experience to share?
 
you filed I-485 using 245(i) you may have been out of status or stayed illegaly in USA, better ask your Lawyer before going out of US becase you may be refused entry and 3/10 year bar does not go with pending I-485 and getting AP.
 
My case may be simmilar,

I came in USA on a Visitor Visa. Got a job offer with Substiution of labour. I-94 expired Aug 02.

Although my cases of i140 filled in July 02 and i485 are pending and I will receive EAD/AP, still my Lawyer says NOT to Travel unless its a matter of life and death.
