Checked the latest processing date on BCIS website today and since for AP it showed August 15, I checked my status at 1:00pm ET. Same old message received on Jul 14, 2004 etc.....

I called bcis 1-800 number around 1:30pm and was on hold for 15 minutes. (Didn't speak to anyone there) & kept the phone down as I had to go for a meeting. Came back from the meeting and checked the status again and it was approved (in 36 days!!!) No LUD change for I-485 but I think and hope to receive FP2 notice next week

I do think that VSC is processing faster.

Good luck to us all

NO VSC is very slow .. i am waiting for EAD since 4 months and AP for 3 months .. VSC has no systematic procedure . they are not processing by order . 90% of officer's are very lazy buds

Hi gc092602,

My AP RD is 8/11/04 and the receipt said it will take 150-160 days to process this kind of case. Did your AP receipt also say it will take such a long period? Did your LUD on AP change before the approval?

Thaks for advise.

Little Rain,

My AP receipt said 120 to 150 days too. No LUD change for AP but direct approval.

canus_immi

I applied for my AP3 after my AP2 expired so may be that triggered the faster approval

As I anticipated in my starting thread message "No LUD change for I-485 but I think and hope to receive FP2 notice next week"

I DID receive FP2 notice today scheduled for 9/18. I will try for early may be on Tuesday next week

guys, my AP is approved in 20 days......my receipt notice also said 150-180 days, but actually it did not take long.

no, I just mailed it. Only thing is that I sent all necessary and unnecessory papers......like marriage certificate and my husband's I140 approval notices etc....whatever was in front of me....I sent all of them. My LUD changed in 15 days and then approved in 20 days.

Whoever got the AP, could you please check which box is checked....first or the second ..in the middle of the AP?

Thanks.
