Hi, I plant to apply for AP by myself. what documents do I need, in addition to the application form and I-485 receipt? Do I need 2 photos? DO I send them a copy of I-94, passport, etc?

On the form, they need applicant to specify the reason that warrants an AP? what should I say? just saying that I need to visit my parents is enough?

I think the whole list is somewhere in AP&EAD group, but I remember sending I-131, two photos, I-94 copy, copy of previous AP, cover letter and a copy of I-485 application. Cover letter just asked imm. officer to approve my AP because I needed to travel home to see my mother and take care of my property.

In case you have a dependant, include I-140 approval and marriage/birth certificate.
