advance payrole

I HAVE valied H1 ,I am applying for 485 and immediately going on vacation to India .
IS it a requirement to get a paroll though me and my wife have valied H1 & H4 till we come back.
My lawer is of opnion I dont need paroll as I have valied H1 .

You don't need one.

You don't need one as long as you are using your H1 (for work) and your wife H4.
