What happens if an H4 dependent goes abroad with Advance parole and Green card gets approved while dependent is still in abroad. Will the Approval of Green card will create the problem while reentering the country. Are there any immigration issues that one should be aware of in this situation. Without AP,is there any way to go abroad and come back without any problem for GC processing. I know you all intelligent people know about this simple issue. Please take a minute either to share your experience or post a link to direct me. I really appreciate your input. We applied for 485 in March 2002.Just one more quick question How long can one stay abroad with Advance parole. If one decides to stay for 3-6 months,will there be a problem. Is there any time limit on stay?
