I did not apply for Advanced Parole with I-485. I got my EAD in May. I want to apply for AP now. The AP form, requires me to explain how I qualify for an AP and what circumstances warrent issuance of AP. My reason is that I have not seen my Parents for 4 years. They are frail of old age and are longing for my visit. Is that enough or my application is bound to be rejected?
