Advance Parole

[CS485]

Hi,
I am applying for Advance Parole on my own(as my attorney is charging ridiculous amount for I-131). I applied for I-485 in Feb 2002. I just need info on the following.
1. Mailing address for the I-131
2. Check should be written Payable to?? (is it INS California SErvice center?)

comment information. Good Luck!
