I filed my 485 at vermont center. I applied my advance parole at Local INS office in Dallas on 06-19-01. I should have applied it at Vermont center.
The INS web site clearly says that AP should be filed at Local INS office.
Today I visited Local INS office and came to know that they don\'t process APs if 485 is filed at another juridiction and also told me that they transferred my case to Vermont. I called up vermont center and they told me that they have not received my AP application at all. Since its been almost two moths I guess if Dallas center has transferred, they should have received it by this time.
Now where is my application. Is there any way I can trace it.
Please let me know. I appreciate your help
