I believe the RD for your AP is also 1/25/06. Call the USCIS Cust.svc line and tell them that your RD is (more than) one month behind their proc.dt of March 6th. Then the representative will verify your address and all the other info on your I-131 Receipt notice and create I-131 status request to be sent to NBC. The rep will give you a referral number and tell you that you should get your approved AP within 30 days. If not, you should call them back after 30 days.
I will tell you what happened in our case - I called them last week as it was more than 30 days past my Mom's I-131 receipt and as of when I called, we still had not received the AP from NBC. The rep verified what I said was correct and confirmed that he doesn't see any approval. He generated a case status request and gave me a referral number and advised me to call if I don't get AP 30 days from then.
What surprised me was - the same night when I checked the Online status for I-131, it said an approval letter was already sent the day before. I was quite shocked when I checked my email, a mail was sent to me the day before that the AP was approved and mailed to me. How the rep did not see that info, is still puzzling. So, within a week of getting the email, I got the actual AP. The day when they mailed the AP, LUD for I-131 had changed once. I saw another LUD a couple of days ago on I-131 - NBC had probably checked what's going on with the I-131 as a result of the rep following -up. I'm sure if the rep generates a case status request and gives you a referral number, there will definitely be some action taken - soon after that, you should get your AP. Hope this helps.
