Advance parole

Hi guys!
I am planning to send out the I-485 hopefully in the mid-February. I am on H-1 visa, but I do not have the stamp in my passport, so I want to apply for Advance parole so I can get out of the country and reenter. Does anyone know what should I write in the justification for it? It says that H-1 visa do not have to apply, but I heard it is better to do it.
