I need to apply for Adv parole for my travel. Can I apply for this by mail to my local INS (newark) office. OR is it must that I should go there personally? Please reply?
I would like to suggest to go there personally because you can get your AP approvaled in the same day. By the way, do you know for the application fee $95, does INS accept personal check or only money order or bank check?
