INS has already received my RFE response. I am waiting for the approval now. I would like to go abroad for 4 weeks in January by using advance parole. Is it save to go back US without problem? anyone has the same experience? any input will be very appreciate. Because I first came in US by holding F-2 travel visa. then I changed to F-1 student visa, then I changed to H-1 visa. I heard someone said the border officor often ask the questions as what kind of visa you first came in US. So, I want to know if I will have problem or not when I come back from abroad. Thanks in advance.
