Advance Parole

Hi All,

I am new to this forum.

My Advance Parole was approved on 5/25, but my law firm received paper just now. We left USA on 5/27. My friend has sent those papers to me.
Now I am in India. Is it ok to use new approved Advance Parole for future travel? My old advance parole is valid upto 7/22/05.

I read somewhere in this forum that If you leave USA after advance parole is approved ( even papers are not in hand), Then that can be used to future travel. But need cofirmation from experienced members of this forum.

I don't have answer you question, but since you have traveld on AP, I have question for you.

Do you need Transit Visa, if you H1B stamping is expired, and you are traveling on AP?

Which Airlines did you fly?

Hi,

I travelled by Kuwait Airways. JFK-KWI-DELHI. So I did not have to get transit visa. In my knowledge,If u r travelling via London, U need it. I don't know about other countries having this restriction.
