Please help !
I am a asylee ( i485 pending) and I want to go visit my family.I need to apply for Advance parole in this case .They say that there is a possibility not to enter USA again even with AP.
Is it hard to get approval for AP?
Can I travel when my I94 will be expired?
Does in affect my I485 pending status?
What kind of problems is there for entering the USA?
People , can you please provide any info ???
Called INS , they no NOTHING !When I said "AP" the were like "there is no 100 % that you can enter with AP..."
what does it mean? government gives you a WRITTEN OFFICIAL permisson , and then you can't enter with it..?? What kind of B....T is that?
