Advance Parole

Hello All,

I have filed my GC (EB3) with substitute labor with priority date of OCT 2004.
I have approved EAD which was approved in JAN 2005

I have not filed for Advance Parole earlier. Can I file now. Will EB3 Retrogression rules have any impact.

My I-140 and I-485 are filed concurrently in OCT 2004 before EB3 Dates retrogressed.

You can go ahead and apply for AP. Your I-485 is pending with them so you are fine.
