Hi guys/gals,
I have a question about AP while 485 is pending. In I-485 form instructions, it clearly stated that "If you are an H or L nonimmigrant who continues to maintain his or her status, you may travel on a valid H or L visa without obtaining advance parole." For Canadian citizen, who is on H1 visa here, I can travel back to US without applying for entry visa. Do I really need an AP to travel abroad while my 485 is pending?
