I am the unlucky guy has to apply for AP 3rd time. Could anyone please post the details I need to include with this application. Since I am applying myself, I wanted to check with you all before sending out the application.
These are documents I will be sending along with application.
1. My I-485 Receipt notice copy
2. Personal check for $ 165.00
3. 2 Photos with I-485 receipt number and A# written in back
4. I-131 duly filled
5. Approved copy of I-140
6. Copy of previously approved I-131
7. Covering letter.
Please let me know if I am missing anything else.
