EAD ND : 12/09/03 RFE : 04/10/03 AD : 05/16/04

I'm planning to visit India in Dec 2004. Haven't applied for AP.
Can I apply for AP myself or (only)through the lawyer ?

Should I justify my visit to India while applying for AP.

Somebody help me, who had a similiar situation...

You can very well apply for AP by yourself. And you do not have to justify or give a reason to visit India

Q: How much time it will take to get the decision normally??? The notice showed 14 days but it is already more than a month????
