My first Advance Parole that has expired in the month of January 2004. Since i don’t have immediate travel plans, felt not required. I have traveled to India in july last year and came back on H1 Visa. My questions as follows:
1. I should have renewed my Advance Parole before it got expired? Any problems for not renewing?
2. I did not use Advance Parole at the time of re-entry?
3. If i apply Advance Parole now, any issues?
4. Do i need to apply complusory if have first one?
