Advance Parole

Hi:

I and my wife both have an active H1-B and H4 Visa till end 2005, and our I-485 application is pending.

We need to make a trip to India this year in November. My question is do we need an Advance Parole?

Any sugesstions/guidelines would be highly appreciated.

people try to get their AP when they are looking to enter US in alternative ways.It looks like you have active H1 and H4 which is not expiring end of 2005.I hope you haven't used EAD as well.If so you dont have to get AP for your travel.Good luck...
