Hello everyone, I've been a fairly regular visitor to this forum for a few weeks now. First of all, I would like to say I have found better and more relevant information in this forum than I ever got from my lawyer. I don't go to her anymore. Thanks to all the experts.

Here's my question. Me and my family are planning to travel this year. I'm getting ready to request AP for me and my wife, Do I also need to request AP for our 2 underage children?

If they are not US Citizens then you have to....

If you have valid H1 Visa Stampped in Passports you can travel without AP.
