ADvance Parole With out EAD

Hello All !

1. Can we apply only Advance Parole without EAD???
2. I mean can we go to India with Advance Parole while working on H1B ??

The AP is applied based on a pending AOS (485) application. It is independant of the EAD which is also based on the 485. Having said that there is no need for an AP to re-enter the US after an overseas visit if you have a valid H1 which you are using currently.
