Hi , I have a special situation .We have a H1B approval notice for my husband, but NOT a stamped visa in the passport .485 is pending -family based.Can we still apply for an advance parole ? - considering that we will otherwise need the Visa stamped from the US embassy in India (before being able to enter back into US once we leave US.)
Also , does anyone know how fast citizen -based -spouse green cards are being received now-a-days after 485 is applied for??
