Advance Parole @ Vermont

Hi,
I am on H1 and have applied to I-485 and AP. I hv rcd. the acceptance from Vermont for my AP. They say it will take about 30 - 45 days for it to come thru.

I am scheduled to go out of the country .. and my h1 (visa) has expired (i did not renew it thinking i wud be using AP to travel)

The question now is . Is there any way to get AP expedited ?

A small general suggestion to all applying for i-485 (adjustment of status) ---
DONT apply for EAD / AP along with 485, usually that will take longer.

It is faster to goto your local INS office (satellite) and request for EAD / AP based on 485 receipt paper.
