Hi,

My husband and I,are working for the same company,which is doing the green card processing for my husband with me being as a dependent on him(Though we both have valid H1-B Visa).
Recenetly we got our EAD approved and now I\'m planning to change my job and join some other company.My question here is that do I need to file for a fresh Advance Parole for myself thru the new company else what should I use at the POE in case I go to India?
 
You do not have to reapply for AP, if you already have one.

Just take copy of I485 Receipt Notice, AP, EAD with you.
That\'s all, I believe, required POE.
