Advance Parole /Travel on H4

Hi Forum Friends !
                  2 urgent questions :
1) Can I as a wife on H4 travel to India immediately after filing for the 485 along with my husband\'s 485 ? How long can I stay outside USA. After leaving in late October , I would like to be back only in January .
2) Can I husband travel outside USA without getting his Advance Parole (AP) . Is it good to usa AP or use his H1 while travelling abrous after filing of 485 ?

i don\'t think it works that way.

i have also filed my 485 sometime ago and my lawyer has told me in written that I should not leave the country for at least 2 months or so. maybe until i get AP. i don\'t think your departure/arival is governed by H1/H4 anymore.

You can travel, without AP, if you are not using EAD

To travel on H4 is okay, as long as you have a receipt notice for I-485. AP is needed only if you start working on EAD.
