advance parole required or not????

I am on H1b status but have never gone out of the country to renew my expired H1 visa & it is expired more than 2 years. My Co. plans to keep renewing my H1 until I get my GC. Once my Co. files for I140 & I485, can I then travel outside country based on my I485 receipt without applying for Advance Parole. I do not want to apply for H1 visa at the embassy as I am in the adjustment process & also there are huge delays.

I will not apply for EAD as my Co. will not accept EADs.

So do I need advance parole or can I just travel with my 485 papers.
 
You will need AP or you can go out of the country and get a New H1 stamp.

You cannot come back wtih a 485 recipt.
