My advance parole document was expired last month and I was asked for a business trip to oversea next month. I heard that it would take three months to renew a advance parole. My questions are:
1. Is there any express way to renew advance parole. I heard that we would get temporary EAD through local INS office. Is this applied to advance parole as well?
2. I am still holding H-1B while I am I485 status. Once I re-enter U.S. using avance parole, can I still transfer H-1B to other employer later on?
