Advance parole question

Previously my H1B valid until 2004 November, because of that I didn't apply advance parole., But recently I changed job using AC21, so that I am planning to apply advance parole for my self.
because of my job change ,is it necessary to apply advance parole to my wife also ? or I can use her H4 while comming to USA ?

Her H4 visa is valid until 2004 November and she never used her EAD.

any help would be appreciated
 
For you Case(1) is valid

Case(1)
If the primary applicant starts working on EAD, then all his/her dependents including the primary applicant should have AP for Travel.

Case(2)
In case, if the primary applicant is working on H1 but his/her dependent spouse is working on EAD then it is sufficient for the spouse to have AP. To avoid any un-necessary trouble, it is better for everybody to have AP.
