I am going to renew AP today. I just want to be able to visit my family in Canada. How strict is the INS regarding providing proof and documentation for the reasons for AP? Isn't it self-evident that you want to be able to visit family? Has anyone been turned down for AP for insufficient evidence? Thanks.
