Hi: I obtained an advance parole as part of my I-130 filing for which my wife, a US citizen is the sponsor. In the meantime, I am also on a valid H-1b visa. However some problems occurred in our marriage and I don't intend to continue my greencard filing with her anymore. What happens now is that I have to travel abroad for work three weeks from now, I am wondering if I can still use the advance parole to return to the US or have to apply for a US visa in the foreign country based on my H-1B. Is there a cutoff date? Please kindly advise. Thank you very much!
