My wife has AP valid until Nov \'01. She has an H4 visa stamping which expires in Jun \'01. She is planning to travel to India in May 01.
Is it necessary for us to send her passport to Washington to revalidate the H4 stamp OR does the H4 visa become invalid after EAD / AP.
I would appreciate any info. Thanks
