I need to travel to India using AP. I have applied 485 on Dec 13th but not yet received AP yet. Is there anyway I can go somewhere to get AP immediately. I did receive Receipt notices.
Yes, you can try from local INS(USCIS) office. But you need to show them your urgency in documentation form (Like somebody is ill in India X RAY report) and stuff like that..!!
